Withdraw from contract
If you want to exercise a statutory withdrawal right, you may use this form, but you do not have to. A clear statement by email is also sufficient.
Current paid checkouts are administered by Polar as merchant of record or reseller. You may direct withdrawal to Polar as the transaction seller identified in checkout or on your invoice.
You may alternatively send it here to Acridan Audio. We will confirm receipt without undue delay and coordinate the request with Polar where needed.
If you withdraw, all payments received for the withdrawn contract must be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day the withdrawal is received, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
